Ingredients
Base
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 egg
Topping
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz powdered sugar
Directions
- Spray a 13x9” pan with Pam. Mix the base ingredients together and press into the pan.
- Mix the topping ingredients together with a hand mixer and pour over the base.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes. It should be gooey in the middle but set and browned on top (may be cracked).
- Serve at room temperature or refrigerate.
