Ingredients
- 1 box Hershey’s Original Supreme brownie mix, plus ingredients called for on the box
- 1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie mix, plus ingredients called for on the package
Chocolate ganache
- 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 6 tbsp butter
Directions
- Make the brownie batter per package directions and pour into a 9x13” pan.
- Make the chocolate chip cookie dough per package directions and drop it in tablespoons onto the brownie batter. Lightly press down on the dough.
- Bake 35-40 minutes at 350°F.
- For the ganache: heat the cream and butter in a small saucepan until just before boiling. Pour over the chocolate morsels, let stand about 20 seconds, then stir until smooth.
- Pour the ganache over the brownies and let set before cutting.
