Ingredients
- 2 boxes instant pudding (vanilla)
- 3 cups milk
- 1 can chocolate frosting
- 16 oz tub Cool Whip
- 1 box graham crackers
Directions
- Butter the inside of a cake pan all over. Crush a whole box of graham crackers in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the milk, pudding, and Cool Whip together.
- Sprinkle a semi-thick layer of graham crackers in the pan. Spread a layer of the pudding-Cool Whip mixture over that. Repeat the layers until everything is used, ending with a pudding layer.
- Microwave the frosting for about 30 seconds and stir — it should be thick. Pour it over the top of the cake, then refrigerate.
Notes
If the frosting is too thin, it will soak through the cake rather than sitting on top — make sure it’s thick before pouring.
