Ingredients

  • 1 fudge brownie mix (plus what it calls for)
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg Reese’s Pieces
  • 1 (12 oz) pkg milk chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp whipping cream
  • 12 large Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13” pan with cooking spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions and pour into the pan; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Stir in the Reese’s Pieces.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture evenly over the brownie batter.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, or until the cheesecake layer is set and the edges are golden brown.
  6. Let cool 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips with the whipping cream on high for 1 minute, checking and stirring throughout so it doesn’t overcook.
  8. Pour and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the top of the brownies. Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s cups over the top.
  9. Store covered in the refrigerator.
