Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, divided (3/4 cup and 3/4 cup)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a 9x13” pan with Pam. Keep the crescent rolls refrigerated until ready to use.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a heat-proof bowl, melt together the butter, 3/4 cup sugar, and cinnamon, then whisk to combine.
  4. Open one can of rolls and spread over the bottom of the pan without separating the dough. Spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Open the second can of rolls and spread over the cream cheese mixture (rolls-cream cheese-rolls). Pour the butter mixture over everything.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
  6. Great served cold, but incredible served hot with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
