Chocolate cupcakes with a cream cheese center.
Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cake mix, prepared as directed
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and egg together (keep this separate from the cake batter).
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Fill cupcake liners half full with the prepared cake batter. Add 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture to the center of each.
- Bake as directed on the cake mix box.
